Mindfulness Activity Book
This is a simple, child-friendly mindfulness journal designed to support reflection, emotional awareness, and brief moments of pause.
The journal includes a range of short activities that invite children to notice their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations through drawing, writing, and guided prompts. Activities are intentionally low-demand and can be used flexibly rather than as a program to be completed in sequence.
